Ahh, there’s nothing like this time of year, is there? The chill in the air, the crunch of golden leaves, the rustle of… pages?
That’s right, it’s time again for the Fall Feast of Words! Since 2012, Strathcona County Library has taken time each fall to celebrate writers, readers, and the stories they share. Fall is a time to enjoy and indulge ahead of the long winter season, so once you’re done stuffing yourself around the Thanksgiving table, why not give your mind something to feast upon with our amazing buffet of author visits?
This year’s series includes authors of fiction and non-fiction, whose works run the gamut from a karaoke competition that unites a grieving town to the science of keeping our fuzzy friends happy. Events are running now through November 2. View the Fall Feast program schedule and register your attendance here.
After each talk, readers will have an opportunity to get their books signed. Copies will be made available for purchase, with proceeds going to The Friends of the Strathcona County Library.
Read the books and meet the authors at Strathcona County Library's 2023 Fall Feast of Words. We'll have books sales and signing after the author talk!
