How would you describe your role at the library?

I do my best to represent and provide rural library service and programs. This can involve everything from driving the Bookmobile, selecting Bookmobile materials, offering reference and reader's advisory services, to providing rural storytimes and programs to rural groups and communities.

What's changed for you since COVID-19?

Learning how to provide rural library services and programs in new ways!

What do you like best about your job?

I love the variety – from driving the Bookmobile to doing storytimes with preschoolers!

What do you wish people knew about the library?

How committed our staff is in providing rural service and programs and staying involved in our rural communities.

Which books or resources in the library do you find most interesting?

I love the Bookmobile Browse collection. Bookmobile visitor's can find new, interesting books and films at the Bookmobile, without waiting for a hold. We always make someone's day by finding them something they weren't expecting!

Tell us about one book/movie/album/magazine that you really love.

I have always loved Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series and I'm eagerly awaiting the next one.

Spending time with friends and family.

Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

I love a big variety of music: playing music, listening to music. My favourite summer vacations are enjoying summer music festivals, rain or shine.
